DCP/First Gear collector guide · New arrivals added October 23, 2026
Livestock trailers give a model-truck display a recognizable working theme. The latest DCP/First Gear additions offer five ways to build around it: four Peterbilt 389 combinations with Wilson Silverstar double trailers and a red Koppes Truck Line Kenworth K100 with a single vintage Wilson trailer.
The decision goes beyond color. One Peterbilt is a day cab, three have 36-inch flat-top sleepers, and the Kenworth introduces a COE flat-top cab. Here is how the five 1/64 sets compare, with exact SKUs and practical display details for U.S. truck collectors.
In this guide: Peterbilt 389 Flat Top Sleeper — Black/Cyan · Peterbilt 389 Day Cab — Black/Magenta · Peterbilt 389 Flat Top Sleeper — White/Dark Teal · Peterbilt 389 Flat Top Sleeper — White/Green · Kenworth K100 COE Flat Top — Koppes Truck Line

Peterbilt 389 Flat Top Sleeper — Black/Cyan — 1/64 (60-2341)

Manufacturer: DCP/First Gear | SKU: 60-2341 | Scale: 1/64
Key specifications: 36-inch sleeper; 28-foot Wilson Silverstar double livestock trailers; approximately 15 × 1.75 × 2.5 inches overall.
Black with cyan stripes gives this Peterbilt 389 a cool-toned finish across a substantial truck-and-trailer combination. The 36-inch flat-top sleeper distinguishes it from the day-cab version below, making cab configuration an important part of the choice.
The model lists an opening hood with engine detail, a pivoting fifth wheel, rubber tires, and diecast metal construction with some plastic parts. Choose 60-2341 if you want the sleeper configuration in a dark color scheme, and allow room for the approximately 15-inch combined display length.
Peterbilt 389 Day Cab — Black/Magenta — 1/64 (60-2342)

Manufacturer: DCP/First Gear | SKU: 60-2342 | Scale: 1/64
Key specifications: Day cab; 28-foot Wilson Silverstar double livestock trailers; approximately 15 × 1.75 × 2.5 inches overall.
The black-and-magenta Peterbilt is the day-cab option among the four new livestock rigs. That makes it more than a color alternative: it gives collectors a different tractor configuration to compare with the three flat-top sleeper releases.
Its listed features include an opening hood with engine detail, pivoting fifth wheel, rubber tires, and detailed interior and undercarriage. The overall length is still listed at approximately 15 inches, so do not assume that choosing a day cab removes the need for a long display space.
Peterbilt 389 Flat Top Sleeper — White/Dark Teal — 1/64 (60-2343)

Manufacturer: DCP/First Gear | SKU: 60-2343 | Scale: 1/64
Key specifications: 36-inch sleeper; 28-foot Wilson Silverstar double livestock trailers; approximately 15 × 1.75 × 2.5 inches overall.
White with dark teal stripes creates a lighter-looking alternative to the black/cyan sleeper. The shared Peterbilt 389 and Wilson Silverstar trailer combination makes these two releases especially useful for collectors who enjoy comparing the same configuration in different liveries.
This version includes the listed opening hood, engine detail, pivoting fifth wheel, and rubber tires. Choose dark teal if you want a cooler accent against the white body, or compare it with the white/green version before settling on the finish that best suits your fleet shelf.

Peterbilt 389 Flat Top Sleeper — White/Green — 1/64 (60-2433)

Manufacturer: DCP/First Gear | SKU: 60-2433 | Scale: 1/64
Key specifications: 36-inch sleeper; 28-foot Wilson Silverstar double livestock trailers; approximately 15 × 1.75 × 2.5 inches overall.
The white-and-green combination completes the new Peterbilt group. It shares the 36-inch flat-top sleeper configuration with the black/cyan and white/dark teal models, along with the double Wilson Silverstar livestock trailers.
An opening hood with engine detailing, pivoting fifth wheel, and detailed chassis and undercarriage give you more to compare than paint alone. For a two-model display, this release and the black/magenta day cab show both a change in color and a change in cab configuration.
Kenworth K100 COE Flat Top — Koppes Truck Line — 1/64 (69-2432)

Manufacturer: DCP/First Gear | SKU: 69-2432 | Scale: 1/64
Key specifications: Red with black stripes; includes a model of a 45-foot Wilson vintage livestock trailer.
The red Koppes Truck Line Kenworth K100 changes the shape and theme of the livestock-truck lineup. Its COE flat-top cab and single Wilson vintage livestock trailer offer a clear alternative to the Peterbilt combinations with double trailers.
Choose 69-2432 if your collection follows Kenworth, fleet liveries, or vintage livestock-trailer subjects. This is a diecast truck-and-trailer set; the 45-foot designation describes the full-size trailer represented, not the miniature’s length. The current listing does not provide overall model dimensions, so verify fit before choosing a tightly sized display case.

Sleeper or day cab: the most important Peterbilt distinction
Among these four Peterbilt 389s, Black/Magenta 60-2342 is the day cab. Black/Cyan 60-2341, White/Dark Teal 60-2343, and White/Green 60-2433 use the 36-inch flat-top sleeper configuration. Choosing a different color does not always mean you are choosing the same truck body.
If you collect vehicle configurations, a day cab and a sleeper make a more informative pairing than two sleeper colors alone. If you prefer a coordinated fleet, the two white sleeper versions let you compare green and dark teal accents while keeping the same listed configuration.
Double livestock trailers or a single vintage Wilson?
The Peterbilt sets pair their tractors with models of 28-foot Wilson Silverstar double livestock trailers. The Koppes Truck Line Kenworth uses a single 45-foot Wilson vintage livestock trailer. This changes the overall composition of the display as well as the tractor subject.
The trailer measurements in feet describe the full-size subjects represented. They are not the length of the miniatures. The Peterbilt combinations have a published overall model length of approximately 15 inches; the current Kenworth listing does not give an overall model length.
What the listed features tell you
All four Peterbilt listings specify opening hoods with engine detail, pivoting fifth wheels, rubber tires, and diecast construction with some plastic parts. These shared features make cab configuration and finish the clearest differences within the Peterbilt group.
The Kenworth listing identifies a detailed diecast truck-and-trailer set but does not provide the same feature list. Do not transfer the Peterbilts’ opening-hood specification to the K100 or assume cross-model coupling compatibility. Refer to each exact SKU when a functional feature matters to your decision.
Build a livestock-trucking display with room to breathe
A straight 15-inch rig needs a little additional clearance inside its case. Measure the interior rather than the outside of a cabinet, and allow space for the opening hood if you want to show engine details.
For a two-rig display, the red Koppes Kenworth and a white Peterbilt create an easy visual separation. For a closer comparison, the two dark Peterbilts let you contrast the day cab against the sleeper. Keep labels with the SKU and cab configuration so similar versions remain easy to identify.

Choose your next DCP/First Gear model
Choose the truck configuration first, then the finish and trailer arrangement. These five releases make it possible to add a specific missing subject to a livestock-trucking collection instead of choosing on color alone.
