Return & Refund Policy

At Canadian Die Cast, we want our cancellation, refund, return, and damaged-item policies to be clear and transparent before you place an order.

30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Items returned because of a change of mind must be unused, undamaged and returned with their original product packaging, inserts and included accessories.

Because packaging is an important part of collectible products, missing or materially damaged original product packaging may affect return eligibility.

Customer will be responsible to return shipping plus 15% restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from the item you ordered, contact us immediately.

Please include your order number and photographs showing the product, product packaging and shipping package where relevant.

For an approved damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped item, Canadian Die Cast will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer. If a return is required for an approved claim, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Non-defective products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they meet the return-condition requirements above and the return is approved by Canadian Die Cast.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the approved refund amount for non-defective change-of-mind returns.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to by Canadian Die Cast.

Do not send a product back before receiving return instructions from us.

Refund Processing Fee

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all refunds issued to the original payment method are subject to a 5% processing fee.

This processing fee helps cover non-refundable payment processing, transaction, administrative, and order-handling costs associated with the original transaction and refund.

Customers may choose Canadian Die Cast Store Credit instead of a refund to the original payment method and receive 100% of the approved amount as Store Credit without the 5% processing fee, unless otherwise stated.

Unavailable or Out-of-Stock Items

Although we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory, there may be rare occasions when an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed.

If we are unable to fulfill an item, you may choose a refund to your original payment method, less the 5% processing fee where permitted by applicable law, or 100% of the amount paid for the unavailable item as Canadian Die Cast Store Credit with no processing-fee deduction.

Where applicable law requires a full refund for merchandise that cannot be fulfilled or shipped, Canadian Die Cast will issue the refund in accordance with those requirements.

Change of Mind — Cancellation Before Shipment

If you change your mind and request to cancel an order before it has been shipped or processed for shipment, the cancellation request is subject to approval.

For an approved cancellation, you may choose a refund to your original payment method, less a 5% processing fee, or 100% of the approved cancelled amount as Canadian Die Cast Store Credit with no processing-fee deduction.

Once an order has entered the shipping or fulfillment process, we may be unable to cancel it. If the order has already shipped, it will be handled under our Change-of-Mind Returns policy.

U.S. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not currently offered for U.S. orders. Return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.

Store Credit

When Store Credit is offered and selected instead of a refund to the original payment method, 100% of the approved amount will be credited to your Canadian Die Cast customer account, unless otherwise stated for a particular return.

The standard 5% refund processing fee does not apply to Store Credit.

Store Credit may be used toward future purchases from Canadian Die Cast and is not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds to the original payment method will be submitted by Canadian Die Cast after the applicable cancellation, return, or damage claim has been reviewed and approved.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from refunds issued to the original payment method.

For approved change-of-mind returns after delivery, the 15% restocking fee applies in addition to the 5% processing fee.

We normally process an approved refund within five business days after inspection when a returned product is required. After Canadian Die Cast issues a refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
