How Our Fulfillment Works
Our product inventory is supplied through our distribution network.
For customers in the United States, orders are fulfilled through our U.S. distribution network and shipped domestically using carriers such as USPS or UPS.
For customers in Canada, products are sourced through our distribution network, brought into Canada as part of our fulfillment process, and then delivered to the customer using a Canadian carrier.
Canadian customers are not separately charged customs, brokerage or import fees by the delivery carrier.
Our Inventory
Availability displayed on our website reflects inventory available through our distribution network and is updated regularly.
Although we work to keep inventory accurate, an item can occasionally become unavailable before an order is processed. If this happens, we will contact the customer and provide a full refund for the unavailable item.
