Where We Ship
We ship across Canada and to the United States.
We do not ship outside Canada and the US, and we do not deliver to PO boxes. See §11.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays in Ontario.
2. Canadian Orders
Shipping cost: $18 CAD flat rate, per order — not per item.
Ordering three models costs the same $18 as ordering one. If you're buying more than one, ordering together saves you money.
Delivery: 8–15 business days from order to your door.
About your tracking. All items/orders are shipped from USA Warehouse. Your tracking number is issued once your model has arrived in Canada and is on its way to you. We do this on purpose. A tracking number that sits unscanned for a week tells you nothing except that something might be wrong — so we wait until there's a real parcel moving toward a real address, and then you get a number that actually works.

Carriers: Sendle or ICS Courier, depending on parcel size and destination.
3. United States Orders
Shipping cost: Free on every order. No minimum.
Delivery: 3–5 business days from order to your door.
Carriers: USPS or UPS.
Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Prices for US customers are shown in US dollars (USD). The currency in effect is displayed at checkout.
4. Customs, Duties, and Brokerage
This is why we're here.
Canadian customers: your order ships to you from within Canada. You will not pay import duty, customs fees, or brokerage charges. No border for your parcel to cross. No invoice at your door.
If you've ordered diecast from a US or overseas seller before, you may have met the courier brokerage fee — sometimes $20 to $40 on top of what you paid, due before the driver hands over the box. That doesn't happen here. Checkout price + $18 shipping + applicable tax is what you pay. Nothing arrives later.
US customers: your order ships domestically within the United States from our distribution partner. No duty applies.
5. Taxes
Canada: GST/HST/PST is calculated at checkout based on your shipping province and shown before you confirm.
United States:
- Sales tax is not collected at checkout. You may owe use tax in your state.
6. Order Tracking
Every order ships with tracking.
Canadian orders: your tracking number is emailed once your model reaches Canada and is on its way to you (see §2).
US orders: tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan after you get the number — that's normal, since the label is created before the carrier picks up.

7. Delivery
Risk passes on delivery to the address you gave us. Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't be responsible for a parcel delivered to an incorrect address you supplied.
Address changes: email info@info.canadiandiecast.com immediately. We can usually change an address before dispatch, rarely after.
Nobody home: Sendle, ICS, USPS, and UPS each handle this differently — safe-drop, a card, or a redelivery attempt. Follow the instructions on your tracking page.
Marked delivered but not there? Check with neighbours and around your property first, then contact us within 2 days at info@info.canadiandiecast.com. We'll open a carrier investigation.
8. Delays
Our windows are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs, peak season, and supply issues can add time.
We'll contact you if your order runs significantly beyond the window above.
Your right to cancel: if we can't deliver within 30 days of the delivery date we promised, you may cancel for a full refund, unless you've agreed in writing to wait. That's your right under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, and it applies regardless of anything else on this page.
9. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
Every model is checked before it goes out. If something's still wrong when it reaches you, that's on us.
Email info@info.canadiandiecast.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging, including the shipping box. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund including shipping, at our cost.
Keep the packaging until you've checked the model over. For collectibles the box is part of the item — and we need photos of it for a carrier claim.

10. Split Shipments
If your order contains items sourced separately, we may ship them in more than one parcel at no extra cost. You'll get tracking for each.
11. PO Boxes and Remote Addresses
We do not ship to PO boxes. Our carriers require a street address with someone available to receive the parcel. Please use a residential or business address at checkout.
Orders placed to a PO box will be held, and we'll email you for an alternative address. If we can't reach you within 1-business day, we'll cancel and refund the order in full.
Remote and northern addresses:Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, and rural routes are not delivered.
